INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Dear First Authors, be kind to draw up abstracts in MicrosoftWord .docx format. Abstracts must not be longer than one page of A4 format and have to be prepared strictly respecting these instructions and template given here.

Before submitting any of the abstracts drawn up, please follow the next steps:

• Convert your .docx abstract into Adobe .pdf;
• Save previously converted .pdf document, naming it in the next way:

<Surname of the First Autor>_abstract.pdf

In case the first author participates in a Conference with more than one paper, it is necessary to include in the file name their serial numbers, as follows:

<Surname of the First Autor>_abstract_01.pdf,

<Surname of the First Autor>_abstract_02.pdf, etc.

• Register to EasyChair platform here by using one of your corresponding e-mails that are already saved in our database;
• Register (submit) your abstracts via EasyChair Platform with respect to its instructions (note that abstract in .pdf format has to be uploaded in section Files>Abstract – by clicking the “choose file” button).

Please note the following facts:

1. The contents of the Abstract and the Full Paper must not mutually differ in terms of topics.
2. The Title of the Abstract can slightly be different from the Title of the Full Paper (depicting the same idea and essence of the research).
