FULL PAPERS – INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Dear Author(s), be kind to draw up your Full Papers in MicrosoftWord .docx format. Full Papers must not be longer than 6300 characters with spaces (excluding Title, list of Author(s)/affiliations and References) namely exclusively have to be of 4 OR 6 pages of A4 format (21 x 29,7cm) and ought to be prepared strictly respecting these instructions and template given here (MONGEOMETRIJA2025-Full_Paper-Template Valid).
Before submitting any of the Full Papers drawn up, please follow the next steps:
- Ensure that .docx document is completely anonymized (by excluding after-title part of the text consisted of Author(s) names, surnames, affiliations and contacts!)
- Convert your .doc or .docx document into Adobe .pdf;
- Save that .pdf document, naming it in the next way:
<Surname of the First Autor>_FullPaper.pdf
In case the first author participates in a Conference with more than one Full Paper, it is necessary to include in the file name their serial numbers, as follows:
<Surname of the First Autor>_FullPaper_01.pdf,
<Surname of the First Autor>_FullPaper_02.pdf, etc.
- Upload your Full Paper by using actual EasyChair Account, namely, via personal Platform`s page named: “My Submission for MONG 2025” – by choosing “add file” option visible in the upper-right corner of the workflow space (note that each Full Paper has to be uploaded separately).
Please, bear in mind the following facts:
- The contents of the Full Paper and the corresponding Abstract must not be mutually different in terms of topics.
- The Title of the Full Paper should be the same or slightly different from the Title of the corresponding Abstract (depicting the original idea and essence of the research).
After archiving registered (submitted) abstracts by our side (on November 3rd 2024), they will become unreachable in “My Submission for MONG 2025”.
The Full Papers registration (submission) will start on November 4th, 2024 (deadline is February 3rd, 2025).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Full Papers, selected by the Award-Assignment Body of our Organizing Committee (grounded on its own re-evaluation based on the ranks previously assigned by our reviewers), are given the opportunity to be published in one of the prominent scientific publications listed below:

- SPRINGER`S NEXUS NETWORK JOURNAL (among others, indexed in Web Of Science/SCIE&AHCI, SCOPUS),
- SAGE`S ADVANCES IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (among others, indexed in Web Of Science/SCIE, SCOPUS),
- KoG – publication of the Croatian Society for Geometry and Graphics (indexed under ZentralblattMATH and Scopus),
- FACTA UNIVERSITATES – SERIES ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING (indexed under OJS, nationally categorized as M24)), or
- FACTA UNIVERSITATES – SERIES MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS (indexed under OJS, nationally categorized as M24)),

Having in mind that publication costs are borne by the authors, final decision to potentially publish selected Full Papers either in one of the listed journals or in the Conference Proceedings will be upon their first Authors (with the consent of the other corresponding (co)authors).
- All Full Papers, except ones specified for potential publication in the listed Journals, will have their own DOI number and be printed in the electronic – Open Access Conference Proceedings that will permanently be available on the SUGIG website, under
CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 International Creative Commons License.
