FEE-PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

 

IMPORTANT GENERAL NOTES

1.  To take part in the Conference activities, every participant either natural or legal (Submitting one/with paper or Non-submitting one/without paper) have to pay Registration Fee (Early Bird/Regular).
2. Keep in mind that if the First Author of a paper, i.e. its other authors are signatories of some other papers, each of them intended to come, pays only one Registration Fee (Early Bird/Regular).
3. The exact stated amount of the Registration Fee (Early Bird/Regular) must be forwarded/paid to the recipient (cost of the interbank transaction is not included in the registration fee and, thus, has to be paid by the Payer!). 
4. For the Legal Payers: in order to draw-up the valid Invoice, please quote the full name, full address and other relevant information about the institution that pays the Registration Fee (for its own employee(s) as Conference participant(s)).
5. After paying the Registration Fee, registration process (EarlyBird/Regular) ought to be done via GoogleForms by using the next link:
